May Concerts

Ms. Grigorian concludes her May engagements with recitals in Paris and Geneva. Her first concert takes place on May 21st at the Salle Gaveau in Paris, where she makes her debut with chamber music partner and pianist, Lukas Geniušas. The duo present repertoire from their album Dissonance which was released last year, as well as R. Strauss’ Vier Letzte Lieder which Ms. Grigorian recently performed in Rome to great acclaim. She then reprises this work in Geneva where she makes her second debut of the month with the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande on May 24th and 25th. Also featured in the concert is Strauss’ Dance of the Seven Veils from Salome, as well as the world premiere of Yann Robin’s Shadows III, commissioned by OSR and featuring string quartet Quator Tana. Jonathan Nott conducts.
