Opera Singer of the Year

Ms. Grigorian has been honored as Opera Singer of the Year by Opernwelt Magazine. After a string of successes in her last season, Opernwelt commented, “She was Salome in Hamburg, Turandot in Vienna, Lisa in Munich. And there could be no doubt that Asmik Grigorian would again be named “Singer of the Year” for the portrayal of these roles.” This is the second time that Grigorian has received this honour, after having received it in 2018/19 as well.

Asmik commented, “I am very grateful for this award and for the beautiful words and the respect of Opernwelt. It is a great honour to receive this distinction for the second time. Thank you very much!”
